2023: Turning the Tide Together: Final Report of the Mass Casualty Commission
Summary: The Commission’s report includes a detailed account on what happened, starting with the perpetrator’s violent assault of his common law spouse, and continuing through the subsequent fatalities and other acts of violence committed on April 18th and 19th, 2020. In the Final Report, the three Commissioners, Michael MacDonald, Leanne J. Fitch, and Kim Stanton, share their findings, lessons learned and recommendations related to policing, violence and communities.
